Subject “Delinquency and fraud among minors” was the subject of discussion at a meeting organized by employees of the Saryarka District Department of Internal Affairs, within the framework of which college students met and had a discussion with experienced specialists – Orazymbek A., Suleymanov A. and Kaliev I. Under the leadership of the staff, an extensive analysis of the factors underlying juvenile delinquency and juvenile crime was carried out.
